- What certifications do SJJ smart locks have?

- What is a Grade C lock cylinder?
- Grade C is the highest security rating in the Chinese national lock cylinder standard. It is equivalent to high-security cylinder ratings used in European and North American markets and applies to our main smart lock lines.

- Can I order samples before placing a wholesale order?
- Yes. Sample orders are common and usually ship within 3–7 working days. Sample pricing and shipping cost depend on the model and destination.
- How long does production and shipping take?
- Samples ship within 3–7 working days. Bulk production lead time is typically 15–30 working days, depending on order quantity and customization. Shipping time depends on the freight method (air, sea, or express) and destination.
- What payment terms do you accept?
- For new wholesale buyers we typically start with T/T in advance. Terms can be discussed for repeat orders and established partners.
OEM & customization
- Do you support OEM or private-label smart locks?
- Yes. We offer logo printing, branded packaging, custom manuals, and firmware branding for qualified wholesale orders. OEM minimums vary by SKU and customization level.
- Can you customize the finish color or body design?
- Finish color and minor body adjustments are possible for qualified OEM orders. Full custom mold development is evaluated case by case based on projected volume.
- Can the app be white-labeled?
- Tuya and TTLock have their own branded apps. For large OEM projects, we can discuss white-label and SDK integration options based on volume and technical requirements.
Technical & after-sales
- How long does the battery last on a smart lock?
- Battery life depends on the model and usage frequency. Most residential lever and deadbolt locks last 6–12 months on AA batteries. Rechargeable lithium models, such as our full-auto face locks, typically last 4–6 months per charge.
- What happens if the battery dies?
- All our smart locks include a mechanical key override. Many models also support emergency USB-C power input to unlock the door when the battery is low.
- Are SJJ smart locks weatherproof?
- Outdoor-rated models carry IP ratings for water and dust resistance. Our fingerprint smart padlock, for example, is designed for outdoor use with IP65-equivalent protection. Check the datasheet for the specific model you are considering.
- What warranty do you offer?
